Heavy-duty automatic gate operators & barrier arms

Vehicle gate operators control entry to gated communities, commercial yards, storage facilities, and private estates. Trinity installs swing gate operators, slide gate operators, and high-speed barrier arms.

We work with leading gate automation brands including Viking Access Systems (such as dual F-1 swing operators), DoorKing (DKS), LiftMaster, and FAAC.

For building door security, see building access control.

Vehicle safety loops, photo-eye sensors & safety edges

Gate safety is paramount. Every installation includes vehicle detection loops (Diablo Controls) embedded in asphalt or concrete to prevent gates from closing on vehicles.

Infrared photo-eye sensors (SECO-LARM / ENFORCER) and safety edge bumpers ensure compliance with UL 325 safety standards.

Cellular call panels, telephone entry & long-range vehicle RFID

Visitors and residents enter using cellular call panels (CellGate, DoorKing 1835/1800 cellular), wireless keypads, hand transmitters, or barcode/RFID readers (BAI) attached to vehicle windshields.

Cellular gateways eliminate the need for expensive landline runs to remote gate posts.

Underground conduit, trenching, guard house wiring & power

Gate installations require low-voltage and power infrastructure. Trinity handles trenching, underground PVC conduit runs, loop sawing, guard house prewire, and pedestal mounting.

Questions

Questions about gate automation

Can automatic gates be controlled remotely via smartphone app?

Yes. Modern cellular entry units (such as CellGate W480 or DoorKing cellular) allow property managers and owners to open gates, issue visitor temporary codes, and view gate video feeds from a mobile app.

What happens if a vehicle stops under the gate?

Underground vehicle loop detectors (Diablo Controls) keep the gate open as long as metal is detected over the loop, preventing accidental closing onto vehicles.

Does Trinity service existing gate operators?

Yes. Trinity performs diagnostics, sensor alignments, loop repairs, and operator replacement for commercial and HOA gate systems.
