Building Entry Security
Access Control & Electronic Door Security
Take control of facility access with keyless door controllers, smart card readers, mobile credentials, and cloud management platforms.
Trinity Security designs and installs door hardware, electric strikes, maglocks, and access controllers for commercial buildings across Jacksonville.
Managed access control for commercial doors and entrances
Access control replaces key management with digital credentials, schedule-based locks, and instant audit trails. Trinity Security installs electronic door strikes, magnetic locks, panic hardware, and door controllers.
Systems allow administrators to grant or revoke access instantly across single doors or complex multi-tenant facilities.
To integrate vehicle access, explore gate automation.
Smart cards, fobs, mobile Bluetooth keycards, and PINs
Choose from encrypted RFID keycards, key fobs, keypad PINs, or mobile smartphone credentials.
Mobile access allows staff to unlock doors using Bluetooth or NFC on their phones, simplifying onboarding for employees and temporary vendors.
Cloud-managed access control & centralized permissions
Cloud access systems (such as Verkada AC series controllers) provide browser-based administration without requiring dedicated local servers.
Audit logs record entry timestamps, failed attempts, and door-held-open alerts across all facility doors.
Heavy-duty electrified lock hardware & emergency exit compliance
We install ASSA ABLOY, Securitron, HES, Von Duprin, and Adams Rite hardware designed for high-traffic commercial doors.
All installations comply with life safety codes, free egress rules, and fire alarm fail-safe unlocks.
Questions
Questions about access control
Can access control automatically unlock during business hours?
Yes. Schedules can be set to automatically unlock main entrance doors during business hours and lock them down after hours or on weekends.
What happens to access control doors during a power outage or fire alarm?
All systems are wired with battery backups and fire alarm relay integration. Upon fire trip, panic doors drop magnetic locks or release strikes for safe egress.
Can access control integrate with video surveillance?
Yes. Integrated access control pairs door swipe events directly with video camera clips to verify who entered.
